Opened at 7:00 PM

14 of the 29 members were present giving an average attendance od 48.275862%

The Club Guest tonight is Mr Ian Sherwood who together with Rotarian Nigel Judd will talk on the Ariah Park Wheat Lumper statue.

The Secretary presented the correspondence which was accepted.

There were no Directors reports other than the Wood Raffle had been drawn and the Club had raised over $2400.00 towards assisting residence in Fiji.

General Business;

The Secretary requested leave on the 5th of September which was granted.

Approval sort to start acquiring the items needed to fill the trailer for the Rotary Spring Raffle. Approved.

A flyer was circulated together with an order form for hats.

There were 18 of the 29 members in attendance at an average of 62.6896551724138%

The Club Guest was Michael Reinhold, local Butcher and successful business owner.

Other guests included Mr Keith Pellow Father of a Rotarian.

The Secretary presented correspondence that was approved.

No Directors had anything to report.

General Business;

Our Wood Raffle is selling well.

Can Members purchase Bucket Hats or Baseball Caps with Rotary Logo’s on the with the coming of summer. The Secretary to arrange an order form.

A Club Assembly is a closed meeting to the public, during which members can talk to any topic without incrimination or decent. It allows an open and frank conversation with all the attending members to make changes or come up with new directions or projects.

18th July 2016 Monday Dinner Meeting

PROGRAM:                           Temora Business Enterprise Group

Correspondence was presented by the Secretary and recorded in the minutes.

The only Director to provide a report was Ross Atkinson with Service Projects and the attendance at the Temora Aviation Museum Kiosk duty just gone.

General Business saw the Secretary ask approval to book the club a stand and the ‘Open for Business’ Expo 3rd Sept for Phonebook entries. A request for the Rotary Train and Engineer Harper for the Temora Christian Leaders both of which were approved.

11th July 2016 Monday Dinner Meeting

Meeting opened at 7:00 PM

15 of 29 members in attendance giving us 51.724138%

Apologies from Nicole Christie, Mel and Bill Gallagher, Robert Hartwig, Michael Regan, Peter Sinclair and Masoud Varjavandi.

Lisa Love and Rod Lovering are on approved leave.

Guests tonight are Susie Atkinson, Di Hartwig Helen Oliver, Catherine Thompson, Lauren and Megan Castles.

We had visiting Rotarians with Gary Robert PDG and John Egan PDG.

Program tonight was the investiture of Bonita Pellow to Public Relations Director.

Correspondence was presented by the Club Secretary and recorded in the minutes.

Club Sergeants collected fines from unfortunate members and drew the lucky door prize of a $25,000.00 Instant Scratchy won by guest Lauren Castles together with a bottle of white wine from the raffle draw. The bottle of red was collected by Rotarian Kevin Harper.

Rob Hartwig has been unwell and missed the Changeover Dinner on the 2nd of July and Di brought everyone present up to speed on his condition and the Club wishes them well.

PDG Gary Roberts presented Bonita with her 20016/17 Pin and photos were published on the Clubs Facebook page.

The meeting was then closed with a reminder for duties next week;
